Texas November

We’ve got some seriously swell food and drink specials lined up – so I hope y’all have got your eating pants on for this mighty menu of Texas’s most loved dishes, straight outta Houston, Dallas and San Antonio.

Introducing the Texan Enchilada stuffed with goats cheese, asparagus and mushroom wrapped in a flour tortilla smothered in melted cheese, served on a bed of spicy tomato sauce. Or how about this for true Texan dining? Joe’s has combined two of our favourite Southern mouthfuls – Bourbon Whiskey and sticky glazed ribs! Do what!? (That’s Texan for no way!?) Get your mouth and hands messy with the ‘Bourbon Me Baby’ glazed ½ rack of baby back ribs with chicken salt fries!

If loaded carbs are more your thing, then don’t miss out on this Brisket Sandwich rammed with slow-cooked BBQ Beef Brisket, French mustard and pickles sandwiched between toasted sourdough with chicken salt fries.
